Portal Registration Key Request

Prior to requesting a Portal Registration Key, please verify your login does not already exist by entering your email address on the Forgot My Password page. Afterward, you will receive an email with login information or that your email address was not found. Please allow up to 15 minutes for the email to arrive. Please also check your Junk and Spam folders if the email is not in your Inbox after 15 minutes. 

If the email indicates a login does not exist, please complete all the fields on the right side of this page and click Sign Up to submit the information. Within 2 business days or sooner, a CMA Client Services team member will review and process your request. Once your account is established, you will receive an email with further instructions on how to complete your registration.

Email or call us at (404) 835-9100. Be sure to include your name, association and property address.

How do I make a payment?

Log into the Website and click the green “Make a Payment" to the right of your Account Balance.

How do I submit a service/maintenance request or another question?

Log into the Website, select "My Items", then select "Submit a Request".
